Hard Landscaping Team Leader (Part-Time)
Location: High Wycombe and surrounding areas
Pay: £240 – £300 per day depending on experience, plus performance bonus
Mimosa Garden Services Ltd is looking for an experienced hard landscaping professional to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
We are increasingly being asked by our clients to deliver patios, retaining walls, sleeper borders, fencing, and complete garden transformations. We are looking for someone who can help us develop this side of the business and become a trusted member of the Mimosa team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys quality craftsmanship, takes pride in their work and wants regular, well-organised projects rather than constantly having to find their own work.
Typical projects include:
– Porcelain and natural stone patios
– Block paving and pathways
– Timber and concrete fencing
– Sleeper retaining walls and raised beds
– Brick and block retaining walls
– Garden structures and improvements
– Ground preparation, drainage and landscaping
– Bespoke garden projects
The ideal candidate will:
– Have proven experience in hard landscaping or construction
– Be confident managing projects independently
– Have excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
– Be professional when working in clients’ gardens
– Understand the importance of communication, cleanliness and delivering a high-quality finished result
– Have their own tools and transport
What we offer:
– Competitive day rate of £240 – £300 depending on experience

– Support with client communication, quotations and project management
– Performance bonus of 10–20% of net project profit on qualifying projects that:
